Then they instructed the team members. During the first weeks, they followed up with phone calls to check on everything. Then they sent a brief survey with the invoice. The team members are responsive, but since we don't see them often, we expressed our concerns (few as they were) to our corporate contact who immediately responded to our email. They are the best!
